| Bye Bye Birdie is a laugh a minute for audiences young and old alike at Mystique Theater in Chubbuck, ID. Our cast consists of some of the regions most talented actors and actress's. No one could resist our handsome Conrad Birdie,played by Joe Abercrombie, and his screaming fan club of teeage harpies or the comedic antics of overbearing, overzealous "Mama," Mae Peterson,played by Debbie Bray, and crazed and overprotective father, "Mr. MacAfee," played by Ross Bronson. The show highlights characters, "Kim MacAfee," Lauren Schow and "Albert," played by B.J. Barnes and many more with a zest like none other. Sweet Apple, Ohio is the setting in the early sixties for many highly recognizable show tunes that will bring a smile to your face, as the show spreads "Sunshine all over the Place!" The set and lighting for the show is unmatched in technical and visual appeal, with the audience so close, there is not a bad seat in the house. |
